Closing Reception - 

Lafayette’s William & Mary Honorary Degree

We invite you to join us on Friday, November 8, 2024, at 5:00 PM for a wine and cheese reception with Jay Gaidmore, Director of Special Collections – Earl Gregg Swem Library, to experience Lafayette's Honorary Degree Exhibit. The special exhibit, also featuring numerous Lafayette objects from the library's collections, will close on November 15, 2024. 

This evening will feature Lafayette Bicentennial Wine from Williamsburg Winery and a special appearance by General Lafayette, portrayed by Mark Schneider of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
