Dinner at Michie Tavern

Let’s wrap up this wonderful weekend with a casual but scrumptious dinner at Michie Tavern. Since this area does not offer many dining choices for Sunday evening we wanted to schedule one more “gem” to the weekend. Feel free to come in casual attire either 1800’s or 2000’s! The doors will open with a social time, cash bar, snacks and time to tour the historic tavern building.

Dinner will be served buffet style at 6:15 with a choice of Fried Chicken or Southern Style Pork Barbecue. Too many sides to list here, but in country style, homemade biscuits and cornbread. Hot Peach Cobbler a la mode served later at the table with coffee for dessert.

Richard Britton will host an entertaining end to the meal with some trivia and games. Get ready to take home some prizes! How well did you pay attention this weekend??
