The American Friends of Lafayette will hold their annual meeting in New York City as it coincides with the 200th anniversary of the arrival of Lafayette in America.

This is the most important event of the AFL's 100+ year history !!!

• Dinner in Staten Island (where Lafayette first stepped on American soil after 40 years).
• Dinner at Fraunces Tavern
• Dinner at the French Consulate

• Meet Lafayette descendants

Events are planned at many of NY's iconic historical sites including the Park Avenue Armory, the French Cultural Center, Fraunces Tavern Museum and the Alexander Hamilton Customs House.

Historic walks will be offered to visit the locations visited by Lafayette himself.

Motor coach tour of Lafayette visit to the surrounding area.

We have secured (very reasonably priced) hotel rooms in New York's most historic area: The Battery. We will take care of all of your transportation and culinary needs. All you have to do is show up!!!
