Our friends at the Newport Historical Society in Newport, RI are running a programming series this year that features the French presence in Newport during the Revolutionary War.
On Thursday May 6th at 5pm they will host Dr. Matthew Keagle for "a la Françoise" - French military dress in America, 1780-1782.
