Lafayette and the Yorktown Campaign: A field tour

AFL member Dr. John Maass will lead an exciting tour on April 28, 2018 from 8:30am - 4:30pm. The tour will begin in Williamsburg, Va and will trace Lafayette's footsteps during the Yorktown campaign.  Public registration is $150, but AFL members have been afforded a discounted rate of only $95.  This wonderful deal includes transportation, lunch and snacks...along with Dr. Maass' expertise.

John Maass is a historian at the National Museum of the U.S. Army, at Ft Belvoir, VA. and an adjunct professor of history at Norwich University. He is the author of The Road to Yorktown: Jefferson, Lafayette and the British Invasion of Virginia and most recently, George Washington's Virginia.  Dr. Maas will lead a tour of Lafayette-related sites to include Spencer's Ordinary, Cumberland Church, New Kent, Moore's Plantation and more.
