The Tennessee State Museum, located at 100 Rosa Parks Blvd in Nashville, TN, is honored to collaborate with the American Friends of Lafayette for Lafayette 200 (Bicentennial of Lafayette's Grand Tour as Guest of the Nation 1824-1825)—a special commemoration of the General Lafayette’s historic visit to the United States.
As part of this tribute, the museum invites visitors to explore Lafayette’s legacy through a guided tour of artifacts from that era with Lafayette as your guide.
Join us on May 4th, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM, as we delve into the Marquis' visit to Nashville in May 1825.
